Just an 18-minute walk to the heart of the city, 17 minutes to the vibrant Quayside, and within walking distance to both Manors and Jesmond metro stations, you're never far from the action. Northumbria University is a 10-minute walk away, and Newcastle Airport is only a short 10-minute drive. Plus, enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking for one car with the parking ticket available in the house.

House Rules

Refundable Damage Deposit

  • £250 deposit required upon arrival (added to the total booking payment)

  • Fully refunded 1 day after check-out after property inspection.

Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Children 6+ are charged as adults.

  • No cribs or extra beds available.

During Your Stay

  • No pets allowed.

  • No parties, events, or bachelor(ette) gatherings.

  • No commercial photography.

  • No smoking.

    "We had a good one night stay here. The size was perfect for us, as we needed 4 separate beds. We went to a show at Cobalt studios and had evening and breakfast meals at Ernest cafe bar (really great food and coffee!), which are a short walk away. The flat came with nice welcoming touches, such as biscuits and pop, much appreciated by the teen in our group. The front door was a bit fiddly to open and lock, but no real issues. And Harmony was great at keeping in touch, really responsive. Thank you!"

    "The accommodation is very clean and very convenient. Nice stay and nice rooms. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is tea, coffee available and small touches on arrival. There is all the necessary toilets. Quiet and residential area. The accommodation is close to a small shop for groceries and there is even a bakery next door. 10 min walk to the city centre and a short walk to the lively and very friendly Ouseburn area and a quick walk to the Tyne. A little downhill to predict. I highly recommend this accommodation. Harmony allowed us to check in earlier which was very convenient."
